Zitto

„The principle of silence“In an everyday life full of stress, clamour and confusion, zitto calls upon us for silence. It symbolizes places and people we neglegt or fail to recognize in our restless day to day activity. But if we attententively observe these apparently uninteresting surroundings, they tend to reveal something interesting, proving that they also have something to say and can communicate with us. When its observer is absolutely concentrated and quiet, Zitto rewards him: it starts „breathing“. The second part of the project consists of a portable module, enabling the user to check rooms or places at any time for their level of silence and calmness. Alternatively Zitto can be used as personal tranquilizer or for meditation. Here Zitto also rewards silence through soothing vibration and the glow of a red LED.
