In several locations in Berlin, a body hangs at a great height from fragments of urban architecture. He hangs until he can no longer hold on, and then he falls. He makes a conscious decision to let go and he falls. He decides not to fall and climbs up again. He decides neither to hang nor to fall. He does not appear.
