Dear female* graduates of the KHM,

seize this unique opportunity and apply for the KHM Sponsorship Award for FLINTA* 2024!

The associated presentation opportunities, experiences and contacts are something very special.

This KHM Sponsorship Award (also known as the Gender Equality Award) has been successfully established at KHM since 2006. From the very beginning, the KHM's Equal Opportunities Department intended to support female KHM students and aspiring artists in their transition from art school to the free market in the art, film and/or media industry. Experience has shown that the networking and presentation of the award-winning artists and their works with/in professional networks and artistic publics is particularly important and beneficial.

  • The "Shoot" film sponsorship award goes to an artist (FLINTA*) with a cinematic focus (feature film, experimental film, documentary, animation, image design, screenplay) in cooperation with the International Women's Film Festival Dortmund+Cologne. The prize includes prize money of 1,000 euros, the award ceremony and the presentation of a film project at the IFFF Dortmund+Cologne (April 16 to 21, 2024 in Cologne) during the festival.
