P. M. Dreier-Wang (he/they) is an artist and researcher, exploring and telling more-than-human stories, combining aesthetic research with activist, forensic, and ethnographic methods. 


Research interests include virtual animals, simulated ecologies, and multispecies ethnography with/in virtual worlds, as well as artistic research with/in video games, game engines, and multiperspective technologies.

Dreier-Wang is visiting lecturer at the Human-Computer-Interaction (HCI) programme, University of Siegen, was visiting lecturer at the Köln International School of Design (KISD), and holds talks at universities internationally, among them the University of Cambridge, University of Western Australia, University of Innsbruck, the Estonian Academy of Arts, or the National College of Art and Design in Ireland. Dreier-Wang received a BFA and MFA equiv. from the Academy of Media Arts with a focus on Artistic Research, Game Studies, and Critical Animal Studies, and holds an MA in Art and Ecology from Goldsmiths, University of London.
