Seminar description
Das DOK.fest München gehört zu den größten Dokumentarfilmfestivals in Deutschland und hat sich mit seinen „ gesellschaftlich relevanten und künstlerisch wertvollen Dokumentarfilmen“ zu einer relevanten Plattform für Dokumentarfilm in Europa entwickelt. Das DOK.forum bietet dabei Panels, Workshops und Veranstaltungen an, die medienpolitischen Themen und Fragen zu Visionen und Impulsen für das Dokumentarfilmschaffen nachgehen.
Die Exkursion lädt Studierende ein, das aktuelle Dokumentarfilmschaffen zu erleben und zu reflektieren.
Bestandteil der Exkursion ist ein Vorbereitungstreffen Ende April 2023.
DOK.fest Munich is one of the largest documentary film festivals in Germany and has established itself into a platform for documentary film, with its "socially relevant and artistically platform for documentary film in Europe. The DOK.forum offers panels, workshops and events that deal with media-political topics and questions on visions and impulses for documentary filmmaking.
The excursion invites students to experience and reflect on current documentary filmmaking and includes a preparatory meeting in end of April 2023.
