Dokumentarische Praxen

Dokumentarische (Film-)Praxis ist Teil und Ergebnis eines kollektiven Prozesses. Damit dieser Prozess produktiv werden kann, bedarf es eines Raums, in dem Menschen sich treffen und über ihre Projekte austauschen können.

Ein Raum der nicht auf Selbstdarstellung und Ego beruht.

Ein Raum der Diskussion, des Sprechens und Zuhörens.

Ein Raum des Kreisens um Ideen, Beobachtungen, Themen und Geschichten.

Ein Raum der konstruktiven, solidarischen Kritik und gegenseitigen Unterstützung.

Das Projekt- und Diplomkolloquium Dokumentarische Praxen (Dokumentarfilm) versucht einen solchen Raum zu etablieren. Voraussetzung ist einerseits die Bereitschaft aller Beteiligten eigene Projekte und Ideen in unterschiedlichen Stadien des Entstehens vorzustellen und in der Gruppe zu diskutieren und andererseits offen und ansprechbar für die Projekte der anderen zu sein. Dafür ist eine verbindliche, regelmäßige Anwesenheit im Seminar notwendig.

Documentary (film) practice is part and result of a collective process. For this process to become productive, a space is needed where people can meet and exchange about their projects.

A space that is not based on self-promotion and ego.

A space of discussion, speaking and listening.

A space of circling around ideas, observations, themes and stories.

A space of constructive, solidarity-based criticism and mutual support.

The project and diploma colloquium Documentary Practices (Documentary Film) attempts to establish such a space. The prerequisite is, on the one hand, the willingness of all participants to present their own projects and ideas in different stages of development and to discuss them in the group and, on the other hand, to be open and responsive to the projects of others. For this, a binding, regular attendance at the seminar is necessary.
