In the district of Berlin-Neukölln, a heated demonstration against the controversial “Trojan law” erupts into chaos, leading to a violent clash between protesters and white supremacist groups. Amid the chaos, Leila, Clara, and Alex seek safety by fleeing to Samuel's apartment. The film begins with the three friends entering Samuel’s apartment shaken and exhausted. Samuel, caught off guard by their arrival, comforts Leila while Alex recounts the traumatic event of the police pulling back and white supremacists attacking the demonstration, targeting Leila specifically. News reports highlight the German Parliament's approval of the new law “The Trojan Boats” and the military measures against immigrant boats, which already started the night before. The police statement clarifies their stance on not protecting demonstrators: the protest was not registered. Samuel tries to convince Leila to leave with him, who struggles accepting the fact that she needs to leave her home city Berlin while her life is increasingly threatened. Meanwhile, Clara tries to reach her father asking for help, only to discover that he is actually supporting the white supremacists. Clara sits down next to Leila and tells her how she grew up and how lovely her father used to be. Alex leaves to bring his car but accidentally leads the supremacists back to the apartment.
