Glen, a longtime employee of the scaffolding office, experiences an identity crisis after his retirement: no one attends his farewell party, his wife Emma leaves him, and he realizes that he and their mutual friends secretly despise each other. A guru appears to Glen in a bar, but his teachings remain foreign to him. His health deteriorates increasingly. Meanwhile, Emma tries to free herself from the past, but is ultimately confronted with it. Experimental coming-of-death film.
