A snap-shot of a special work field, a time-punch machine as a pulse between life and death. The documentary focuses on a time-punch machine, the calm observation of the coming and going of the employees at the headquarters. We watch the doorman and the portal to a work field, we won't really get to know. Little by little one gets an idea of the people and the place.
