Solaris is a performance between expanded cinema, role play and collective improvisation. Live musicians and speakers navigate their way through a modular film plot. They digest Andrei Tarkovsky Movies, dream with half of the internet and thus improvise a beautiful and strange cinema experience. The film images were shot in the Colombian mountains and the Volcanic Eifel – partly in collaboration with Filmmaker Tilman Singer and his team.
