Die Vorwand

Agnes meets her boss by coincidence and spontaneously quits her job. Back in her flat, a neighbor comes by, until a disagreement about appropriateness leads them to the rooftop. She leaves the neighbor on the roof to go to the park where she has a real-estate viewing and an encounter with a stranger on a bench. Agnes functions in unique ways; the way she interacts in conversations, how things begin and end, how she creates a rhythm of being in the world that is different at its very core. Die Vorwand creates a web of small vignettes that intertwine to create an image of a character that provokes categorisations and yet evades them at every turn.
