Das Außen, die Nacht

‘The Outside, the Night’ is a film in search of origin points of imagination and inspiration. As motifs and noises detach themselves and become independent. They are placed in metastable spaces. They disappear and reappear again; they are growing and shrinking. In three short narratives, which share a common refrain, the film tries to make sense of the orphic moment of inspiration.
