On the outskirts of Lüdenscheid in Germany, Sandra runs her late father’s car recycling business. It is a place where discarded car parts find new owners, and where people find work, structure and a sense of belonging. Together with her employees Holger, Markus and Kevin, who would struggle to find work elsewhere, Sandra has created a fragile utopia. However, a growing chain of external pressures threatens not only the business, but also the lives that are intertwined with it..
