Subtitle: Year: 2006 Categories: Photography, photographic work
The work ""i love juergen teller"" was developed during a 6-month residency in Paris, the city of models and magazine-photopgraphers. At the same time, it is contention and comment about stereotypical presentation of feminity by copying the flash-light aesthetics used in fashion magazines. Also the staging of the body in a situation, where space is restrained, refers to a hot-spot-type idea of a pseudo-privileged „access/behind the scenes“. Posing in a minimal room for manouevre is correspondent with the claustrophobical moment of the commonly accepted societal role model of a woman.
