Dem gerade arbeitslos gewordenen Martin Kupka droht der Rausschmiss aus der Wohnung. Sein Vertrag als Zwischenmieter ist überfällig und Hauptmieter Stefan Berger längst wieder eingezogen. Kupka findet keine neue Bleibe und Berger zeigt keinerlei Gnade. Dann bietet ein Zwischenfall im Badezimmer Martin Kupka eine unmenschliche Lösung für seine Probleme.
