Reise zum Brocken mit Mahdi

As an act to reconquer the Brocken, a legendary German hill where witches once danced and were later burnt and where the secret police of the GDR built their surveillance headquarters in a building reminiscent of a mosque or a planetarium, my friend Mahdi and I climb the hill six times to perform a ritual of forgiveness in the name of all those that have been terrorized by the power of the peak.
