    East Germany 1992: Moritz Schmidtke (12) spends his holidays on the same campground as every year. The problems of his parents, the changes by the new political system and the brutal swimming lessons have left their marks. Only the accident of Enrico shows Moritz to take life in his own hands and to no longer be a victim of his environment. Lychen 92 is the adaptation of the short story „Elmer“ by Andreas Steinhöfel, transposed into the post-reign of East Germany.
