“Legenden” is a modern experimental Western, set in the German industrial town of Leverkusen. Sequences from legendary Hollywood films are re-enacted by lay actors, the myths of the conquest of the ‘new world’ used to thematise the current feeling of disaffection in our globalised industrial world.
