13-year-old Julia forces herself to go and do a ride on the Cologne cable car with her father and his new girl friend. In the car she gets to know open-minded Sven who lost his sight in an accident. Unlike her, he loves the car ride. He tries to cheer her up and incidently hits a hidden spot in Julia’s life: her love for her father.
