A documentary on the protection of culturally relevant records. Filmed on microfilms, the records are sealed in high-grade steel containers. These airtight containers are stored in a former iron mine in the Black Forest in the South of Germany. The latest scientific reports expect the microfilms to preserve information reliably for at least 500 years.
