Naples south italian's notorious capital is famous for graffiti writing. The train system is nearly totally ""bombed"": most of the trains are painted. The old town is full of strange and spooky painted characters and along the highways and near the stadium Ultrà-gangs of the S.S.C. Napoli soccer club have marked their territory with enormous and massive lettering. The documentary accompanies three guys of different subcultural scenes to tell their personal story of creative occupancy of the public space.
