«A screen sinking into the flesh-coloured foam shows different experiences of different materials, Found footage and 3D animations are blended together. The recipient is able to understand the texture of the material by touching the protagonists. The material simulated here only becomes tangible and real following the beholder’s experience of immersion. A notion of materiale merges between the media. The second screen shows different scenes from gatherings that are often related to violence. The arm creates the illusion that you are filming these events yourself. The focus is on the smartphone, the filmed material is visible as a blur in the background. A device that reduces sentiments and participation stands between the perceiver and the event.
