Diagnosis: Alzheimer. Friedrich quickly realises that he’s no longer able to take care of his beloved wife Luise on his own. Reluctantly he moves her to an old people’s home. Luise’s first love, Hans, is also living there and through their dementia the former couple rediscover their love. When Hans is taken back home by his wife, Luise is ready to give up on her own life completely. Friedrich has to do something quickly if he is going to save her.
