Landscape is called pung-kyung in korean which means Wind and Light. Just like dynamic movement of Wind, I tried always to convey this movement into my Drawings. Based on my perception of daily scenery, I create dreamy space that has the both distinction of vitual and real world. From this point, I started with juxtaposing simple lines. These arranged Lines build a Pattern with dimension. and This Pattern becomes a Object. so called Species. When This Species gathers, It constitutes a specific Landscape. By distributing these elements in different Angle and Depth, It creates organic likely Landscape that has undefined Species alive with the movement that resembles the feature of Creatures in Earth. However, The Species are merely visible. Like Wind. Kurzinfo / Synopsis englisch: Landscape is called pung-kyung in korean which means Wind and Light.
