El Alberto has its own rules. In order to prevent the extinction of the indigenous village from mass migration, the inhabitants passed a law that requires every man born in El Alberto to work in the community for one year. Men returning from their new homes in the USA build up a theme park during the day, whilst at night they perform the tale of their suffering for the tourists, before it becomes reality once more.
