""Inventory: Allan T. Gretzki - The Label Maker / Property of Vera Drebusch"" The artist Allan T. Gretzki has been invited by Vera Drebusch to use her home as a showroom for a site-specific work. For his concept ""Inventory: Allan T. Gretzki - The Label Maker / Property of Vera Drebusch"" all visible objects in Drebusch's flat were numbered by embossing tape labels. The art project is inspired by the 48th episode of the Simpsons ""Radio Bart"". Bart Simpson gets a label maker as a birthday present and labels everything that he comes across. Resembling some of the works of the Young British Artist Michael Landy, all things that are in the property of Vera Drebusch were thus screened, named and numbered. The result is an artistic study of the sum of the things that surround us in our everyday lives. Furthermore, the project integrates one of the theories of Jean Baudrillard's book ""The System of Objects"".
