The stereo sound was programmed to recreate Hans Richter's silent film ""Rhythmus 21"" on an oscilloscope. The image on the oscilloscope demonstrates the immediate correlation between the programmed sound and the film. For better overall impression of the rhythm the film has been speed up.The oscilloscope is built into a sculpture that is a three-dimensional recreation of one specific frame of the film. The laser cut mural shows the programmed stereo sound and can be read like a musical score to the film.
